Lochridge-Priest

My a/c went out on a weekend and the only repair people that would show up was Lockridge Priest. Jesus Garcia showed up and didn’t take long to pinpoint the problem which was a fan. Since the old unit was about 15 years old I asked him to price me a new unit. He gave me several different prices according to features, size of the unit and single stage vs two stage compressors and variable fan speeds. I was shocked at the current prices. They are not even close to what people on YouTube say what these systems should cost, (meaning the systems offered were more expensive in real life). Since the weather seems to be getting warmer each year and electric cost are going up and I’m getting older, I opted for the best system possible for my home. Jesus set up the install for the next day which surprised me and made me a happy person since it was hot outside. We happened to have a window A/C unit incase of emergencies which this was. David Victor and Kenneth Davis showed up around 8am the next morning with two trucks and a trailer with everything needed and proceeded to start the install. It could not have gone smoother. If anything slowed them down it was me asking questions, so I had to b

The work was done well, but the prices are SKY HIGH! When you don't know any better you go with the big expensive companies, but when you get smarter you go with the smaller companies. Lochridge did my complete HVAC and it cost me almost 30k, later a reputable electrician, that i had do some work for me and did a great job, said he'd have done the same job that they did for about 14k. I had Lochridge bid on an electrical job and they added on a TON of unnecessary stuff and the bid ended up being almost 12k. The electrician i went with did the same job and charged me $1,600. Im not questioning their work or their warranties, but in the electrical bid they were going to charge me over $300 just to label my electrical panel so that it was more legible. I completely understand a company seeking profit for their skilled labor, and i most certainly do not mind paying for that, however Lochridge prioritizes that well above anything else and with a mindset so committed to profit such as that, it is easy to see that they place that far above the customer satisfaction. Did good work, but you can get just as good for a lot less if you look around. I will not return

I had a water filter system installed at my house. Ethan was my technician. He recommended a system that is mechanical and lasts many years. The installation was great. This young man followed up on every task and was very professional. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the filter system and explained how to use and maintain it. Additionally, he descaled my hot water heaters while he was here. I recommend Lochridge -Priest because of employees like Ethan.

We had a fantastic experience with Lochridge-Priest! Our AC stopped cooling, and they were able to get someone out to us the same day. Our technician, Jay, was incredible. He identified the issue immediately and had our home cooling down within 30 minutes. I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything. We’ve used other companies in the past that were vague or rushed. Highly recommend asking for him!
